A cooperation agreement was signed between OJSC “Guarantee Fund” and OJSC MFC “Salym Finance”

On November 15 of this year, Chairman of the Board of OJSC Guarantee Fund Malik Abakirov and Chairman of the Board of OJSC Microfinance Company “Salym Finance” Mirlan Kulov signed a Cooperation agreement.

In his welcoming speech, Malik Abakirov expressed gratitude to the management of OJSC MFC Salym Finance for their interest in cooperation with the Guarantee Fund and participation in financing small and medium-sized businesses under guarantees.

In turn, Mirlan Kulov, Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC IFC Salym Finance, stressed that they are happy to cooperate with OJSC Guarantee Fund and are ready to provide the small and medium-sized business sector with credit resources under the guarantees of the fund.

To date, the number of partner banks of OJSC Guarantee Fund to support entrepreneurs after the conclusion of an Agreement with OJSC Microfinance Company “Salym Finance” has reached eighteen, as well as the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, with which a cooperation agreement has also been signed.

Thanks to cooperation with banks, as of October 31, 2021, the volume of loans issued by partner banks of OJSC “GF” exceeded the 11 billion mark, reaching 11,042 billion soms.

The number of guarantees approved by OJSC “GF” amounted to 2,290 in the amount of 3,193 billion soms, 84% of which were provided to small and medium-sized enterprises representing the regions of the country.

Since the beginning of this year, 615 guarantees in the amount of 911.6 million soms have been approved, under which partner banks have issued loans in the amount of 3,157 billion soms.

It should be noted that the indicators for the number and volume of guarantees provided and loans granted as of today for the support provided to entrepreneurs exceed the indicators for the whole of 2020.
