A lecture on credit and guarantee schemes was given for the first time in the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on October 6, 2021
Abdil Tashirov, Head of the Strategic Development Department of OJSC “Guarantee Fund”, Candidate of Economic Sciences gave a lecture to the students of Academy.
Earlier, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between OJSC “Guarantee Fund” and AGUPKR, within the framework of which this special course was introduced on a permanent basis.
“Taking into account the successful experience of the Guarantee Fund, we hope that the course “Credit Guarantee schemes” will be relevant for students and will be introduced in other universities of the country in the future,” said Malik Abakirov, Chairman of the Board of OJSC Guarantee Fund.
A review lecture for the students of the Academy is planned in the near future. Malik Abakirov will tell about the credit and guarantee schemes.
Recall that the one of the activities of the Guarantee Fund is to increase the financial literacy of small and medium-sized businesses.
Measures in this direction are being implemented within the framework of the National Program for Improving Financial Literacy of the Population of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the Government in 2016.
Thanks to the consulting assistance of OJSC “Guarantee Fund”, the Kyrgyz model of guarantee funds was introduced in the Republic of Tajikistan. Uzbekistan, the Republic of Belarus and other countries are interested in the Kyrgyz model of the guarantee system.
