The Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the assistance of OJSC “Guarantee Fund”, has started the practical implementation of Component No. 2 “The Mechanism of Portfolio Risk Allocation ” (hereinafter MPRA) of the “Emergency support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs)” Project.
The purpose of the MPRA is to mitigate the consequences of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic by reducing the risk of reduction in debt financing of business entities by the financial sector.
The MPRA will allow financial institutions to reduce the risk of non-repayment of loans and will contribute to the easing of credit procedures.
The project cost is 24 million US dollars, which will be placed in financial institutions to secure the obligations of the MPRA.
We invite interested financial organizations to take part in the implementation of the MPRA and submit a package of documents to OJSC “Guarantee Fund” by November 19, 2021.
Additional information about the conditions of participation in the implementation of the MPRA can be obtained by e-mail to email@example.com or by phone (0312) 62-21-81.
