  • MECHANISMS OF GUARANTEE ISSUING WERE DISCUSSED IN TALAS

    Business Trip to Regions.

    From August 21 to 23, 2019, the employees of department of Guarantee and Product Development of OJSC “Guarantee Fund” Abai Bakirov and Sanjar Akmatov, held seminars in Talas for emloyees of the branches of partner banks.

    Representatives of seven partner banks – “Bakai Bank”, “Demir Bank”, “Optima Bank”, “Ayil Bank”, “Optima Bank”, “RSK Bank”, CB “Kyrgyzstan”, and “KICB”.

    Credit specialists of partner banks were familiarized with guarantee mechanisms. Also, the issues of interaction in the issuance of loans under the guarantees of OJSC “Guarantee Fund” and the improvement of partnerships as a whole were discussed.

    In total, 30 bank employees participated in the seminars.

     

     

     

    GUARANTEE ISSUING MECHANISMS AND OPTIMIZATION OF THIS PROCESS WERE DISCUSSED AT SEMINARS IN THE SOUTHERN REGION

    Business Trip to Regions.

    In the period of time from August 5 to 9, 2019, the employees of the department of Guarantee and Product Development of OJSC “Guarantee Fund”, Saparbay uulu Altynbek and Atay Beishekeev, were on a business trip to the southern region of our country, where they held seminars for representatives of branches of partner banks of OJSC “Guarantee Fund”.

    On the trip to Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, they were accompanied by regional representatives of the fund Adilet Alimzhanov and Kanat Sulaymankulov.

    The topic of the seminars was “Mechanisms for issuing guarantees to entrepreneurs and the interaction between employees of the fund and partner banks”. Employees of OJSC “Guarantee Fund” made presentations of mechanisms for issuing guarantees as well as discussed the optimization of the process for providing guarantees with bank employees.

    During the discussions, in particular, the timing of the consideration of guarantee applications was touched upon; possibilities of reducing commission of the fund on guarantees, under which loans are granted for agriculture and manufacturing industries; simplification of the project review process by the fund, and reduction of the list of necessary documents for obtaining a guarantee.

    Representatives of KICB, Optima Bank, Bakai Bank, RSK Bank, Ayil Bank, Halyk Bank participated in the seminars held in Osh and Jalal-Abad. They expressed their readiness to intensify further work on the issuance of loans under the guarantees of OJSC “Guarantee Fund”.

    Also, employees of OJSC “Guarantee Fund” met with clients – recipients of guarnatees of OJSC “Guarantee Fund”- Alayku Organics” LLC,”Cotton Textile Factory” LLC, private entrepreneurs  T. Avilov and Zh. Kabilova, with whom issues of business development and further cooperation were discussed.

    Note that in order to encourage specialists from the credit departments of branches of partner banks, OJSC “Guarantee Fund” carries out a stimulating campaign. This fall, winners of nominations will be determined by the number and amount of issued loans under guarantees, and other nominations.

    Kyrgyz model of guarantee funds started to be introduced in the Republic of Tajikistan

    The chairman of the Management Board of OJSC “Guarantee Fund”, Malik Abakirov, received a letter from the Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Business Women of Tajikistan Gulbakhor Makhkamova and Executive Director Sanavbar Sharipova, with gratitude for participating in the First National Conference on Financial Inclusion in the Republic of Tajikistan.

    As we have already reported, on August 15, the First National Conference on Financial Inclusion took place in Dushanbe, which was attended by Malik Abakirov. He, in particular, made a presentation on section “Financial Inclusion: Innovative Instruments for the development of Small and Medium Enterprises”, and on the topic of “Credit guarantee funds – the key to joint success of business and lending institutions”, during which he presented the activities of the two-level Kyrgyz model of guarantee funds.

    As Malik Abakirov noted, one of the resolutions of this national conference proclaims the creation of guarantee funds in the Republic of Tajikistan.

    The first guarantee fund of “Zamonat” PO is starting to function. Moreover, the basic model for the guarantee fund was the Kyrgyz model of guarantee funds, which has established itself as a successful financial institution and effectively assists entrepreneurs.
